DAC of the Schilcher rosé, made exclusively from Blauer Wildbacher on steep schist-phyllite slopes. Cranberry-sharp, high-acid, and bracingly dry; the antithesis of soft Provençal rosé. Rarely exported, fiercely local — a living example of Austrian viticultural identity.
