Volnay
The most graceful red wines of the Côte de Beaune. Volnay's thin limestone soils and elevated vineyards produce Pinot Noir of exceptional finesse — less powerful than Pommard next door, but often more perfumed and silky. Premier Cru vineyards like Caillerets and Champans are among Burgundy's most prized.
