Fixin

Fixin

The northernmost village appellation of the Côte de Nuits, just south of Dijon. Fixin produces robust, structured Pinot Noir that rewards patience. Often overlooked in favor of famous neighbors like Gevrey-Chambertin, Fixin offers serious Burgundy at more accessible prices. The village has five Premier Cru vineyards, including Clos de la Perrière.

Robust, structured, undervalued
