Côtes de Provence

The appellation that made pale rosé a global phenomenon. Stretching from Nice to Aix-en-Provence, the region's limestone and schist soils produce dry, elegant pink wines that define summer drinking. Reds and whites exist but rosé dominates — over 80% of production.
