Cariñena

Cariñena is a Denominación de Origen (DO) located in the Aragón region of Spain. Established in 1932, it is one of the oldest wine regions in the country. The appellation is characterized by a continental climate with significant temperature variations between day and night, which influences the ripening of grapes. The region's diverse soil types, including clay, limestone, and sandy soils, contribute to the complexity of its wines.
